Lever arch files, suspension files, loose leaf folders frequently are collective files, i.e. a collection of procedures, cases, transactions, customer files etc. If they were separated into small action files, case files or single procedure files you would save much unnecessary motion. In spite of its greater number of folders, the Classei-Records-Management-System is one of the best space and time saving systems in the world. This is no problem.

Thus your files are renewed continuously and you are saving space at your workstation.

For all files which must remain together in a fixed order should be fastened to the folder. There are many kinds of fasteners, most of them are self-stickung. So they can be glued to the folder at any time.
There are Transfer file boxes with closable lids in which you can transfer your old file folders to the records center or limbo.
