Therefore the scream for the paperless office is great. But it is not simple to realize a complete digital office. The Document-Management-Software DMS is expensive. Even more expensive is consulting, training of the personnel and changeover. Whether such a solution for every office organization is optimal, can be questioned.
 

Many experts say that paper will not be replaced in offices.

However, double track applications are scarcely proposed. At the time being they could be succeed if the old filing methods would be replaced by rational quick filing systems. The Classei Quick Filing System is one of such systems that has been developed and patented in the sixty's. Later on there has been conceived an Office Utility Software named 'Carma-Organizer' not for the paperless office but for the paper poor office. The idea was to handle the physical (analog) files together with the digital files and documents. The Carma-Organizer is in German, but will soon also be available in English.
